Explore ways to put together AEA Arthritis Foundation exercises to keep your classes fun yet functional.  Take you class to the next level, both physically (body) and mentally (brain), without deviating from the designated protocol.  1) Mix two different Category or Subcategory Exercises for more mental focus and enhance coordination. 2) Blend together exercises within the same subcategory to create a smooth flow.  3) Adjust the rhythm of an exercise to keep participants engaged and exercising with intention.  Although this video focuses on aquatic formats, the same concepts will work equally as well with the land-based exercises.
