Course Description

This course integrates a sporty focus into aquatic programs, combining strength training with rubberized equipment and complementary stretching techniques inspired by ballet and yoga. It aims to develop endurance, coordination, power, and focus through sport-focused combinations that can be adapted for all age groups and fitness levels. Participants will benefit from exercises designed to improve muscular endurance, core strength, stability, flexibility, and posture, with special emphasis on safe hip rotation and targeting underutilized muscles. The sessions blend choreography with athleticism, offering a unique and balanced approach to overall body fitness and mental focus.
