This course will help both the aquatic group exercise instructor and land-based personal trainers to “get their feet wet” in aquatic personal training. Designed as an overview of the basics of personal training, the aquatic environment, assessments (land and water), program development, and equipment, this course highlights concepts important for aquatic personal training. A first step in expanding your career and reaching many individuals who desire to improve fitness, health and wellness by offering personalized training in the pool.

You must complete 100% of this course within one (1) year after purchase to receive CECs.

  • You will receive 3 CECs towards AEA Certification Renewal . Your CECs will NOT automatically be entered into your CEC Tracking file. After 100% completion you will receive an email with CEC Form that you can use to track CECs under My Account on AEA website.

  • You must receive an 80% score to pass. You can repeat the quiz until you pass at no additional cost.

  • For material delivered online, you must request a refund within 5 days after purchase. No refunds are made for online education programs if the CEC quiz has been accessed.
