Aquatic Training Quick Tips for Golf with Monique Acton

Improve golf performance through targeted aquatic training!  This course explores water-based exercises that strengthen the kinetic chain, enhance stability and rotational power, and support an efficient golf swing.  Participants will learn practical exercises designed to improve performance while helping reduce the risk of common golf-related injuries.
