Description

A quick Cardio Circuit that can easily be added to your current programming.  This example shows a round of mobility, followed by two rounds of cardio and balance training.  You will see moves from your AEA Arthritis Foundation manual, a traditional Cross-Country Ski and fun arm patterns.  The format for this circuit is five rounds, 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Use this example as a template to create more circuits for your classes.  Select 1 to 2 based moves, add a tempo variation and some arm patterns to create a new and effective experience every single time.

You must complete 100% of this course to receive CECs.

  • You will receive 1 CEC towards AEA/AF Certification Renewal . Your CECs will NOT automatically be entered into your CEC Tracking file. After 100% completion you will receive an email with CEC Form that you can use to track CECs under My Account on AEA website.
