Building Balance Bodies with Buoyancy
This course explores the principles of buoyancy in aquatic fitness, emphasizing the progressive overload of buoyancy to enhance muscle strength, stability, and core engagement. Participants will learn techniques to improve scapular depression, joint strength, and muscle endurance through creative power moves and varied resistance levels. Emphasis is placed on safe progression, cross-training with land exercises, and the benefits of eccentric and concentric muscle contractions in a buoyant environment.
