2 CECs
The participants in our group exercise classes represent a mixture of ages, physical abilities and learning styles. Learn how to identify a visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learner in your class and how to provide a variety of teaching techniques to communicate effectively with all three. Understanding individual learning styles will help you maximize participant performance, promote feelings of success and ultimately keep your participants coming back for more.
