Heavy Concept – Changing Muscle Recruitment Patterns
One of the main effects of injury is the loss of neuromuscular timing, balance, and control leading to loss of skill and function. The Heavy Concept can help to restore these factors and promote normal musculoskeletal biomechanics. ‘Heavy’ can be used in all body positions and all musculoskeletal movements.
Take a Breather
Want to help clients with inflammation, pain, HBP (high blood pressure), incontinence, LBP (low back pain), FMS (fibromyalgia syndrome) or PTSD (or other stress-related issues), sleep deprivation, immune system problems, memory loss, poor digestion, or a myriad of other problems? Even if your focus isn’t listed, clients may have these secondary issues that need to be resolved before other functional goals can be addressed. This course will show how to use the breath, the breathing cadence, and the type of breath to achieve various outcomes.
