Picture Perfect Posture & Find the Beat - 1 CEC/CEU

Posture does make us look better, but there is more to the posture equation.  Julie will show how posture influences how we feel, how we perform, and even how we breathe.  

Finding the beat of the music and using it to assist our teaching is a learned skill.   Once an instructor can recognize and feel this phrasing, many doors will open in terms of cueing, arrangement of movement selection, timing, and overall class delivery.   Ashley will show some simple and fun ways to help master this skill.

Course includes handouts and videos for both components.  


You must complete 100% of this course to receive CECs.

  • You will receive 1 CEC/CEU towards AEA/AF/ATRI Certification Renewal . Your CECs will NOT automatically be entered into your CEC Tracking file. After 100% completion you will be able to download the CEC Form that you can use to track CECs/CEUs under My Account on the AEA website.
