When we think of aquatic intervals, we automatically think of intense periods of hard work. This is true, but for aquatic fitness instructors, it is very important to create workouts that are interesting as well as intense. This course introduces ways to add creativity and variety to aquatic interval workouts for enhanced interest and challenge.

You must complete 100% of this course within one (1) year after purchase to receive CECs.

  • You will receive 2 CECs towards AEA Certification Renewal . Your CECs will NOT automatically be entered into your CEC Tracking file. After 100% completion you will receive an email with CEC Form that you can use to track CECs under My Account on AEA website.

  • You must receive an 80% score to pass. You can repeat the quiz until you pass at no additional cost.
