  • AEA Waiver

    I fully understand the in-person, virtual and recorded educational workshops, master classes and/or sessions may require vigorous physical activity and I represent that my physical condition permits me to safely participate in said programs. As a condition of being allowed to participate in said programs, I agree to release the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), it’s authority, and all associated organizations, companies, host facilities, host platforms, presenters, instructors and trainers from any and all liability, injuries and damages that may arise out of my participation. I understand that AEA has highly recommended that I wear appropriate athletic/aquatic shoes to participate in all practical/movement programming on land, in pool, at location and or in my home. Furthermore, I also consent to being photographed and/or filmed and permit AEA and affiliates to use said as needed for industry promotions, social media, networking and other endeavors that promote aquatic fitness.

  • Virtually Live Workshops and Conference Refund / Transfer Policy

    All Virtually Live Workshop or Conference Registration Fees are non-refundable but transfers are permitted. Transfer must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled workshop or conference start date. All Transfer Requests must be emailed to [email protected] and must include all your details, confirmation number and must be sent from the email address you used to register for the specific event. Should it be necessary for AEA to cancel a virtual workshop or event, all registrants will be notified by email or phone and will be given the opportunity to transfer to another virtual event or issued a refund for fees paid excluding membership fees, Online prep Course, manuals and or examination fees that may have been bundled into your purchase.

JENNI LYNN PATTERSON-LACOUR, BA, is an AEA ATS, NSCA-CPT and CE provider for AEA, AFAA & NASM. Combining an education in health psychology with her swimming experience, Jenni enjoys creating a total body workout that challenges every type of participant both physically and mentally. She truly believes water is the great equalizer for all levels of fitness.
